Is it possible to repeat the 'quests' in EOTN that end with a mission-like animation?

Examples:
Warband of Brothers
Curse of the Nornbear
etc.

Main reason I'm wondering is that I just got EOTN yesterday, and simply plowed through the Norn and Ebon Vanguard quests with one of my characters without skill capping.

Yes. All of the EotN primary quests are repeatable. You can re-activate them at the Scrying Pool or by talking to the NPC who gives them.

Edit: Don't forget to pick up a new Hero's Handbook before doing any repeats, and make sure it is in your inventory ahead of any books with the same quest completed. It's a good idea to turn in a full book for each of the four reputation titles just before reaching the rank that requires hard mode points.

Yes - just return to the quest giver (Sif for CotN - can't remember the other so check the wiki).

Powering through the primary quests doesn't give you all the skills of EOTN. There are many secondary quests and mini-games that give you the balance. Plus, you need to pump up your titles to get maximum rank benefit out of the skills and buffs. Good idea to keep handbooks on for repeating the primaries though, as it can help towards rank points. You may also check out the new rage in "speedbooking".
